Can someone help me?

This guy impersonates multiple people. He impersonated me once before (I was noticed when people added me and warned me about impersonator). Then I changed my profile picture and he started to impersonate someone else. He already been reported to steamrep. And today when I see negative rep on my profile I checked his steamid and I saw he started to impersonate me again.

I don't know what can I do when everyone can create steam profile with any picture and any name. They should read sticky threads and they should learn to check someone's profile before making a trade. I'm not responsible for this. And worst part is I added him to explain that and I wanted him to check his browser history and confirm profile URL by comparing my url and impersonators url but he doesn't even listen me.

Scammers are impersonating people with less reputation so it doesn't look so suspicious when they have private profile AFAIK. Last 3 scammers that added me posted profiles of traders with around 10-20 rep.

So what should I do? He blocked me and I cannot do anything. Can please someone add him and inform about impersonators and teach him how to check someone's steamtrades profile legit or fake.
