██ MISSING nickname to they who used to be my friend (i add nickname before delete them)

I do not know this is a server error, or new regulation.

but now i can't see their nickname, who arent my friend anymore.
if they still on my friendlist, the nickname stay there, but not for they who i unfriended (Nickname will disappear in few day)

because it happened to me, I can't see nicknames those who used to be our friend

This bothered me and possibly others, because every week I always remove some friends to get a place for new friends.
and if the people that I removed add me back, I can know what has previously happened between us through nicknames.
And nickname very useful to keep track who they are

do this also happen to you ???

If re-adding ex-friends is such an issue for you, why not block them? You won't be able to add them again, without registering that you once blocked them. That should cover your needs.

it's not issue for me, but if no nickname, I do not know if he previously had dealings with me or not. so i can decide accept him or not
btw i'm seller which every day receives dozens of requests

seems the only way for you would to start a database with steamIDs... problem is it can be time consuming to check every steamID if you have so many requests...

Blocking feature is just your option... why bother to memorize unwanted trader names and then decide if you want to deal with them...

If you ever had a trade with them then check your trade history.

imo level up some more so you don't "have to make room for others" - or just assume those you are removing when they return are first timers. do people get some kind of bonus because they already traded with you, or does it really matter who they are while you trade?
