Im really tired and not sure we are on the same page. Though i purposely left information out of the post, since rerolls and tickets are often discussed on forum for similar reasons.
Long story short, me (the creator) did not send the game, because i am waiting for an answer for a reroll

Those 7 days have passed, actually...still didnt got a "not received" from that.
Though...really, what am i supposed to do in this situation, i can imagine if the reroll goes nowhere a month from now, ill have to contact this dude to give him the game

you should create a new thread "how much does it take support to answer tickets???"
I know the answer to that, by not knowing the answer to that.
And it's always followed by "we need more support members"

good luck lol. ive been waiting like 8 days for a reroll on one of mine.
so far im lucky he hasnt marked as "not received" there is the chance that if a reroll request is submitted that maybe they arnt allowed to mark as not received. thats what im hoping at least. i would hate to lose a giveaway slot or get a negative feedback over a slow reroll
might be time for cg to add a few more admins haha

Still...we either ease up on the rerolls, or cg starts adding more support members.

Existence is pain to a SGeer, and the only way to be removed from existence is to complete the GA they were called to perform.

Although, being here raised a legitimate question.
Can you not mark the gift has "not received" if the creator never sent it in the first place?
Either that or the winner has been a really good sport about it.
