It's just a typo on how the percentage value displays, the actual prices are still correct.
Still worth mentioning IG did have an actual glitch that they made the discount of a game over 100% and allowed you to buy that game at negative price, as long as you add some other games into your cart to make your total price larger than zero.

Reminds me about that time when a game was -$60 on IG and you could add it to your cart... along with other games. Which resulted in $60 games = $0 games. And yes, you could checkout.
