-Europa Universalis IV: Star and Crescent (minor gameplay and cosmetic: a few events & graphics; like American Dream for Muslims)

-pointless app ID 625171 (so you see "Digital Extreme Edition Upgrade Pack" owned on the store)
full "Extreme" content missing from this key, delivered separately:
-Europa Universalis IV: American Dream (minor gameplay and cosmetic: a few events & graphics for USA)
in Europa Universalis IV: Pre-Order Pack:
-Europa Universalis IV: Purple Phoenix (minor gameplay and cosmetic: a few events & graphics; like American Dream for Byzantine Empire)
-Europa Universalis IV: 100 Years War Unit Pack (cosmetic unit graphics)
That's why you would have to give away all the above if you wanted to list it on SG as Extreme Edition, but that's inefficient CV farming anyway.

It's crazy, i already had the game purchased from the store directly, but was able to activate both of the Extreme Edition and regular Europa Universalis IV on top of that. Facepalm, all the keys were wasted.
This is what happens, when you buy a bundle with huge amount of games (got the Paradox Interactive mega bundle ...) and then you forget that you already have the game.
My curiosity played a cruel joke with me.

For some reason, it's missing the very first expansion, Conquest of Paradise, which is one of the lowest rated ones (for how much reviews are worth), and is considered essentially useless if you aren't interested in playing native Americans.
Aside from that, it includes all the other expansions and immersion packs, plus the extreme edition/pre-order stuff.

Are you sure about that? From what Luckz said and sensualshakti's notes in OP I understand that the provided key for the "Digital Extreme Edition Upgrade Pack" doesn't include American Dream and Pre-Order Pack :/

After "Europa Universalis IV: Digital Extreme Edition Upgrade Pack" key activation I owe this DLC Europa Universalis IV: Digital Extreme Edition Upgrade Pack , which according to description includes both American Dream and Pre-Order Pack. I'm confused now though. Either description is incorrect or Luckz is wrong. I guess the only way is to install the game and check whatever the content is there. :/

I can't do it myself because I already redeemed my codes. I didn't check anything so I might have wasted the keys for the two separate DLCs then, if you are correct.
When I redeemed the "Europa Universalis IV: Digital Extreme Edition Upgrade Pack" key I got the subID 28286. According to SteamDB it doesn't include those two DLCs but I'm really not sure right now. I could redeem the Steam keys for the DLCs without any "already owned" error but as sensualshakti said that doesn't mean I didn't waste those keys.
