do you think it's trusted?

Well, Steam wallet money is a discounted version of real money since it's tied to Steam products forever, and is often exchanged with real money at a significantly discounted rate (~20% last time I checked, I believe).
However, wallet codes usually don't reflect this, so they're usually only traded by people with shady motives. People looking for cheap deals will not have much luck searching for wallet codes in my experience as they will almost always be priced higher than their real world counterpart, making it pointless compared to buying directly from the store.

I don't mind to pay 50, I just need it as a code :)

That's the safest way to gift a steam wallet money.
You can try those third party sites but remember that you can still have a chance to being scammed, and there are 50$ on the line.

Why you need a code, if you want for yourself you can just add it to your Steam balance, if you want to send a friend you can just buy trough that link and send it( it even gives you the option to choose when your friend will receive it )
I cant think of a reason to want a code unless it is for something shady

I heard it needs the receiver needs to be in your friends list at least for 3 days.

The only legitimate way to buy an actual code is by acquiring a physical card. On the Steam page there is a "Find in your area" button to find authorized vendors. If there are none, then you can buy them online from a retailer who sells the physical cards in store, like for example Best Buy. Best Buy may not be ideal for you, so use the find a store feature on the steam page to find a place that will ship to where you live.

you could buy it using Gamehag... but that would be at your own risk.
You have the option of buying gems and then you could exchange it for a wallet code... for 50 euros card, it would cost 48 euros... so it is not a big discount.
Also... while I had good luck with their costumer support, there is always the odd that something can happen and you would not see the gift card. I wouldn't say it is worth it for the 2 euros discount.

It's rare for a retailer to sell Steam wallet cards at a discount so just go to any retailer that sells gift cards or any video game store.

Mostly stupid to buy these on other sites, because they has fees or some are don't trustful.
Buy cards local, on Steam with PP or other payment option.
2nd Method. When TF2 keys cost 2.20€+ on Steam, buy them cheaper on skinbaron or marketplace. Sell them on Steam and you have a profit of 0.20€ - 0.40€
That's ~5-6€ more for your 50€

If you're in the USA and want to become a member of a warehouse club, Sam's Club sells Steam wallet cards for a small discount.

I just created 'guest account' without membership and paid 47.48$, yay! don't know why without 10% though, but well :D Thanks!

edit: I found a note on the site: "Guest Memberships will receive a 10% service fee above the listed price on all merchandise. The following areas are exempt from the service fee: California, South Carolina, & Elmsford, NY." Hope this is it, and not because the fee is up-charge ><
