?
the reviews said it only really works for 1 place Australia i think. since the server is located around there.
if you found a vpn with a server near you it would do the same thing.
people also report it can vac ban you if that,s true or not i'm not 100% sure since its just "you can get vac banned" and no real reasons why it would do that but its something you should look into if your going to use it. could be haters but i've seen it in 3 out of 8 reviews i read.

Lol, very generous bribe from them (blaming trolls with bad reviews)

Well it's f2p, We could all download it and leave a negative review, c'mon guys let's bury it in negative reviews!
On a more serious note it's pathetic that they'd stoop to bribing people for positive reviews, this garbage should be taken off steam.

Well I had one of the first reviews and only positive that time (it was 1 positive and 2 negatives). However, as I said I had to change it. It would be nice if they add some more support to FPS game, I may change my review back to positive because those few times it worked in Call of Duty, it really helped but most of the time I got Strict NAT and lost connections. It is a lot luck based now, depending where you live and which servers you choose.

I have my very own VPN which costed me about 180 PLN (it is something like 45 Euros) and it is a one-time expense (I've been using it for over a year) It is not optimised for anything, but it allows me to safely use public Wi-Fi, play all my games from Steam, even when I am on delegation in some other countries.
What you need is one Rasberry Pi B (I am using the old one, with only 2 USB ports), one SD Card, one mobile charger, and one RJ-45 cable. Attach everything to router at home, install some free software (tutorials can be found on-line) And TADAM! FREE VPN!
Like I've said before, it is good only for security and masking your travels (which means that as far as Steam knows I always stay in Poland, and most of the time I log in from home) The same IP is used about 4-5 times a month by different users. It won't lower my ping (it even increases it by 20-30 ms) It might help with some games which have servers in Poland or somewhere near, but I doubt it.
And as for safety - it is a must if you use sometimes a public Wi-Fi. I know how to get into your facebook or Google+ account (and Google+ means also gMail) if you are logged in and use public Wi-Fi, while browsing some of the pages with Like or +1 buttons. (I can do it in less than 10% cases, it requires the target to use Internet Explorer 8 or earlier - the process is not automated, and requires some finesse, but it exists - if you want to be safe against this trick - just upgrade your browser) And if I can do it, it means that there are a lot of people who can do a lot more. VPN as far as I know is next to unhackable so far. (The only ways I know are to attack user, not the VPN itself)

Valve's new rules. All reviews must disclose if they result from being paid or given something.

I'm not installing this because hell no. But...
I hope everyone who has either had their email address passed to a 3rd party or has experienced connection problems as a result has used the "report app" flag on the store page. Hundreds of "harmful" or "fraud" reports is much more likely to make a difference than a bunch of negative reviews.

So... seems there's no explanation to be had anywhere on how their proxies actually cut down the total number of hops and/or manage to route over (expensive) dedicated data lines.
That means no reason to believe this is even worth trying.

It seems a lot of people are doing this. Their attempt at buying votes has backfired on them.

Even though I wont take part in this it makes me wonder ..... are developers so desperate? Making a "competition" for a positive reviews? Okay..sure... we have the paid reviews from big companies(be positive and get a free game or get out of here) but now writing something positive just to get 1 month subscription??? Oh lord.
Sadly this will prolly backfire ... Well their problem.
