It's not a price glitch, it's just Steam/the publisher being slow with updating their Steam bundle prices. The bundle discount is -71% (which is probably not meant to go live when The Quarry is also on sale) and if you own everything minus The Quarry, it's 71% off of $10.49. Or even if you only own the Bioshock games, the Darkness II is cheap as chips.
Great find. Bought it.
edit: interesting, it's an hour after steam sales usually change and the price is staying.

I can confirm i see the same thing, but unfortunately i would never play this.

I bought it from EU too. Maybe they just fixed it. I can't confirm because I bought it so it stopped listing it to me
Check the price of the 2k horror bundle to be sure

This could be an intentional (and really good) double-dip bundle deal. 2K does that a lot with their other games (Borderlands, I'm looking at you). Not to say that you shouldn't act quickly if you want Quarry/Darkness just in case it is a glitch. Either way, good find. Thanks.

Just bought for the 3.04e, had all the games in the bundle except for The Quarry. Installed and tested with my duelsense (enable steam input in controller) and added show ps prompts and no motion blue mods at nexusmods. Running at ultra and everything perfect here. Much thanks Luis :)

That's not a glitch... That's just how "complete the set" bundles work. OP owned 3 of the 4 games in the bundle.

While for a short period after their release Valve played around with the bundle phrasing more broadly, it's been a long time since the "complete-the-set" and "bundle" terms were fully interchangable, both colloqially and mechanically. That is to say, don't think there's any NON-personalized bundles possible in Steam, just packages, with the distinction between packages and bundles being pretty well understood by the collective whole. So probably no need to clarify personalization when mentioning bundles, now.
But, I mean, it doesn't hurt anything, so not nitpicking or anything. Just wasn't sure if there was a confusion on that or not (be that confusion yours or mine).

Excuse me? There are literally hundreds of NON-personalized bundles out there on steam store, they are ALMOST the same as packages except two differences:
few examples:
https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/25959/FE_Remake_Bundle/
https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/32470/Cyberpunk_2077_Ultimate_Edition/
https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/11240/Galactic_Civilizations_III_Ultimate_Edition/
Therefore my emphasis about the the personalized and non-personalized difference.

To be clear, I like learning about things I'm incorrect about, it's more useful to myself and everyone I may interact with than retaining incorrect information. So with that in mind, sincere thanks for the information! Not really sure about that intro to the information, though..
Not really sure what the benefit of that category is, mechanically, since they operate the same as packages, down to being able to be gifted (unlike complete-the-set bundles). Only difference google shows is that "all or nothing" bundles, as they've been termed, can't be gifted to anyone who owns any part of the bundle contents. Which, hrrm, feels like a downside for the publisher, if anything.
Anyway, useful information to know, for sure.

There's two types of bundles on Steam. "Must Purchase Together" like https://steamdb.info/bundle/11240/ and "Complete The Set" like https://steamdb.info/bundle/34203/ (See "Type" at third position).
The latter on Steam always show "BUNDLE" in light blue behind their names like here, the former don't like here.

Right, but when bundles were introduced, I recall that packages were also temporarily labeled as bundles, and I guess I confused must purchase togethers into that dynamic. I either didn't realize or had forgotten that there was that third option.
It's pretty easy to see when it's pointed out- though, given that I haven't stumbled across it before now (I do always check the url category, so I don't imagine it was down to overlooking them just due to the more obscured bundle info on the page itself- but, y'know, who knows. Definitely possible.), I guess it's not super common (?) (which would make sense, if all it is is a less functional package).
I mean, bundles were introduced in 2017, iirc, and it has been a hell of a few years.
Do excuse me if I've confused something about them in the interim. ;P
But yeah, if even Cyberpunk has it, then definitely could be something that'd be useful for me to know in the future, so it ended up being good for me to have poked at. Though I do wonder if anything more recent is still using it (or if it's an outdated category that's no longer getting new additions, similar to the stand-alone expansion category). Well, Phantom Liberty only released in 2023, so I assume it's still actively being used? Makes me all the more curious as to why that'd be the case.

This is very much the current two ways of offering bundles on Steam and both are getting used all over. Packages - also called subs - are not bundles. Bundles contain packages/subs. Packages/subs contain apps, sometimes more than one but most of the times just one per package/sub.

well that's annoying because I own the base non-deluxe version of The Quarry and the Full Game upgrade doesn't even give me a discount if I want to upgrade to the deluxe edition ,charges full price

"The Quarry" should just refer to the free first episode. "Full Game upgrade" gives the remaining episodes and seems to be intended for those with that free episode, hence why it's labeled as "Full Game upgrade" rather than a more typical "Season Pass" or similar.
The remaining episodes were, to my recollection and quick google results, never available independently. Thereby, you presumably either only own a free episode 1 that wouldn't qualify you for a discount anyway, or you already own the full game and don't need the upgrade to begin with. If you're just wanting the Deluxe Content stuff, that's available as a DLC purchase on its own.
Do note that the demo version of the game did have a glitch right after the game's launch where the game was incorrectly marked as "Free to Play", which then activated the trial/demo version rather than the full version of the game. Put another way, if you got The Quarry free at any point, you didn't receive a full copy. So that's also a possible consideration for potential confusions.

Looks like a price glitch
https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/36087/2K_Horror_Bundle/
The Quarry Deluxe Edition goes down to 3,04e when bought in the 2K Horror bundle, compared to
https://store.steampowered.com/sub/727611/ 10,49e for the Deluxe
https://store.steampowered.com/sub/727612/ 8,99e for the vanilla version
