You tell every 15 minutes, but it doesn't seems so clear on the FAQ.

A few months ago you gained points right after every giveaway created. This caused some trouble, so they now bundle all the points in 15 minutes, having just 4 moments an hour to gain them to prevent a few problems like server load.

What are points (P)?
Points are used for entering giveaways. The number of points required to enter a giveaway varies, and they're based on the Steam price of the game being given away.

Points are used for a chance to win, and they're not returned if you do not win. If you choose to remove your entry from a giveaway that's still open, the points will be returned to your account.

Also, there was an update that the site will give points each 5 or 15 mins, don't remember, to reduce server load. I do not know if this is still active

The ones when you didn't win a giveaway. From time to time I get back a huge amount (or it seems so) and sometimes it takes loads of time.
Yesterday I entered loads of Giveaways, and I didn't went out of points. Today, juste a handle of giveaways and I'm out of points.

I am puzzled by the way we recover points... For exemple, a 90 points giveaway finished 2 hours ago and I didn't received an penny back.
I have a simple theory about this : we recover the points when the gift is marked sent or "received".
Anyone know the answer to this existential question ? Is it just a mere speculation ?
