How long should i wait for it ? I won a game 3 days ago from someone who registred 10 days ago and didn't went online since this time here or on steam....

I think you will have to wait for 7 days and then if you don't receive your gift by then,mark it as "not received." There is not more that you can do unfortunately...:/
