Please don't hold your breath contacting SG support. I and atleast 5 other SG users were scammed by a betakey serial scammer more than 4 months ago. Did a user report with printscreens and other prove like a conversation with the Dev of that game and that user report is still " pending " after more than FOUR (4) months....Meanwhile the scammer is still scamming....Talk about " support "....
