Either they ran out of key or the bot is choking on requests. My co-worker sent a PM 20 minutes agon and haven't received anything. Fortunately, I got my own keys a couple days ago. (And pre-ordered FS2)

If you are a long-time Reddit user (Like - Over a week ;p), do the following:
1.) Log into Reddit
2.) Create a new PM
3.) Send it to the user "Subsoap"
4.) Subject: Faerie Solitaire Keys - Woof Woof Woof
5.) Body: Anything really - Be creative!
