i will kick leechers with very bad ratio (above 3:1 for example) or those who won more of my GAs but created none or even those who has high lvl nice ratio but last GA created was a year ago

Install Enhanced Steam Extension. Go to user profile. There will be links to various sites like Steam Gifts, Steam Trades and others.

A game ban I got I think from mistake, but I don't had time to contact with game dev-s, also that ban son expires in this year, so I don't really mind about that (game Armello).

I keep deleting unwanted elements from the group but it seems sometimes steamgifts doesnt even update member's list even after a day of kicks... i see a guy joining my private GA who i kicked about 2 days ago. :S Is there any option to make this process faster?

SteamGifts now syncs our profiles automatically every 24 hours, but it can't do so if a user's profile is set to private.
However, the site requires you to set your profile to public once a week and sync it, so I guess that's the maximum time you'd have to wait to make sure anyone is properly removed from the group.

what terms? To have no worse than 3:1 won/sent ratio and dont be leecher of the group when u can highly feed other ones?

I don't know what to tell. If you have an OKAY Won / Sent ratio and CV (not worse than 3:1) and want to be member of my club than send your join request on steam and leave a comment here. Any lvl can join but i usually make my GAs above lvl 2-3.
Please do not leech badly, if u win multiple games make/share some. I will make kick waves in the future to get rid of biggest leechers/bad ratio/inactive members. All of those who make group shared giveaways are safe and gets Moderator rank too as a motivation. I dont want a very big group, max 300-350 members.
