Yea sounds good to me, provided it doesn't give you mods even more work. By the sounds of things you have a lot on your hands with bundles / fakes / spam / etc.etc.

That's a cool idea, I would definitely like it :)

That sounds pretty nifty, cg. If it's not too much work, I think it would add a more interesting level to giveaways.

Sounds like it could work pretty nicely, I'd use it.

This sounds pretty good, but by "discussions" I would hope that's just a generated list of the most recent threads with Fortix (for example) in the title? Sub-forums for all 2386 Steam games would be pretty hectic. The stats and all that seem like a really nice idea though. :)

Don't know about the discussions part, need more details on that. But the stats and especially the wishlist idea would be marvelous! I mean "Our Wishlist" section is an interesting page, but I didn't even notice it until surfing on each section of those buttons above.

Yeah, I'm going to agree with the others. The stats would be great, but the discussion shouldn't be a subforum, but a filtered search for the threads on this forum mentioning that game in the title.

What about the general forum having subforums?
Since our forum is kinda... messy :D One talks about cheese, another about Jesus.

Open your mind, young grasshopper, for they are one and the same, as are we all. For the antelope eat the grass, and we eat the antelope. When we die, our bodies become grass. And thus continues the great circle of life.

I'm very much in favor of splitting the forum up in several parts (SG discussion, games discussion, general nonsense), but a page for every single game seems like a poor idea. That's what the Steam forums are for.

I've really been wanting to see how many of certain games have been given. My ideas:
Having the game info page also be a thread seems like after a while it would get tediously full of no longer relevant discussion. Maybe posts older than 30 days could be automaticly cleaned up? Then we could post about sales, or private giveaways, or whatever, and the page wouldn't get out of control. I do also like the idea that people had of a way to quickly search the forums for it.

I'm wondering if we should setup a separate page for each game, which includes general information and discussions. For example, you're viewing a giveaway for fortix, and there's a little section listing the last 5 topics regarding that game, and a button to view more. Clicking forwards to /game/fortix, where you see stats for the game (how many people own it, number of wishlists it's found on, graph of gifts created over time), and a full listing of discussions. Thoughts?
Edit: Thanks for the feedback, we'll setup the live stats, and if discussions are included, they'll be pulled from the forum, and not their own unique subcategories.
