Halo 1 intro. Also incredible. Really sets the scene and puts you right into the action. Gives you everything you need to know without feeling like they're spoonfeeding you the plot.

For such an old game, I think the opening scene/tutorial area in Super Metroid does an amazing job at setting the mood.

Wasteland 2 for me.
