Hello,
I don't know if this is the best place to ask for help for a non-steam game, but I don't know a best forum for this ;)

I have been playing Fifa 14 for a long time, but I don't know how to have success using the Global Transfer Network. I want to find new players (young players, ficticious, created by the game). The game make great young players (I saw some new great players in the selections), but I can't find them. I think my mistake is I don't know what parameters must I choose in my research. Do you have any clue? I'm tired of players rated under 80, I want super stars!

I think your best bet is just developing them through your youth squad.

That would be good, but my youth squad is weak. I think must be easier steal them from other teams :P

Only if they're willing to sell them. It won't be cheap, especially if you're looking for very young superstars.

Yes, I know that, but my best youth is rated just 84… I'm a little bit dissapointed with my coaches xD

This is the main drawback I have found with the new scouting system. Even with a team that is challenging for the highest honours, with players in their mid-high 80s I struggle to find additions five seasons in. Choosing First Team Quality as an option seems to help somewhat, but I'm still left with very few options.

I make sure I scout potential targets with the best scouts available to me. Remember when hiring scouts that judgement determines how accurate a scout will be at assessing the players ability, and experience determines the likelihood of the scout finding the type of player you specified in the search parameters. To that end I try to have two 5 experience scouts to discover players, and 3-4 5 judgement scouts to actually scout the players further.

My final thought is that overall ratings can be very misleading. Yes, an overall rating gives a good impression of how well a player will perform in his favoured position, but you should be thinking about where you will be deploying the player and the role you expect him to perform. Look at the specific strengths of a player, eg. you're not going to fare well with a CM that had poor interceptions and marking if you expect him to play a holding role.

On the note of youth scouting, just get 5 judgement scouts. I've found it's much easier to use the transfer market to fill a gap for a specific player than to waste money on 5 experience. Also only bother sending scouts to Argentina, Brazil, Italy, Portugal, Spain and any central European country. Anywhere else will just be a waste of time.

I've had some luck scouting random African countries, which also adds some nice variety to the last names on my team.

If you want good young talents look on the psv (holland team) , also there are these players (shaw, benteke, chanturia, sami, naingollan). They are strong and can some of them can grow a lot , like they can become 80-85 and they will be worth a lot of money. Anyway i try to use the youth team thing too but all my players wanna come in my team and i usually loan the players that have got potencial to other teams where they will play, hope i have helped ya.
