I think it can only happen when one of your GA games is retroactively bundled (there is some lag when games are added on the bundle list) or it gets a price cut (on Steam?). Not sure though.
In my case, I'm pretty sure some game got a price cut since all were already considered bundled at the time I made the GAs. :)
