Do you want a name for #2? A movie title? The next sentence after it?

Is #8 a pun? A rebus? Do I have to name the artist?

And to top it off, #2 has a useless hint, and #8 doesn't even have a hint. There needs to be a competency test before making these

Passed 1 hour, saw a hint - he proved useless. I knew that quote from that game and knew who it says, but I can't find the answer.
