A winner of one giveaway has an e-mail that i can´t send my game to and when i added him/her on steam i got blocked. what to do?

Try to contact him again. If he still doesn't respond then after one week you can request re roll by providing proof.

Wait 7 days after the giveaway has ended. If by then, the winner does not claim their game, request a re-roll of the giveaway.
