refunds steam

so i issued a refund for one of my games and its pending
when will it be accepted?

Up to 7 days. Don't play it more than 2 hours, and must've been purchased from steam within the last 2 weeks.

Usually gets accepted after 1 - 1,5 hours and you usually get your money back after 24 hours.

maybe you know what do they check? only playtime and when purchased?

It has to be in your inventory or in your library (you mustn't have gifted it to someone else). They check playtime (must be less than 2 hours). You mustn't have asked for many refunds lately (because they'll think you are just playing games for a bit and asking for a refund, just so you won't pay anything). They check the purchase date (less than 14 days since purchase). I think that's all.

between 1min & ~48hr or so.. could be upto 72hr maybe?? but when it does there is additionally a 24hr pending/hold process also.. i think in total in can take upto 7days, but typically its under 48hr total.

It could also be never, since there is a chance to be declined instead of accepted

but only reason it can get declined is because more than 2 hours or bought more than 2 weeks ago? or are there other as well?

Other reasons probably include if you abuse the system and make lots of refunds on played games or maybe just refunding a lot of games in general.

yeah, i think i shouldnt have problems, i bought it around 7 days ago, i played it for 1.2 hour, and i have never refunded anything on steam

I've only done it once, and it took a day.
I think the game was unplayed IIRC
