I've never got this sort of notice from Humble before, and with all the recent hubbub over Humble banning account, I can't help but feel a tad concerned. Can anyone who has first or second-hand knowledge of these incidents let me know if my worries are well-founded?

How seriously should I be taking this?

I got it once when I bought 18 games in their last sale.
They said I have to do mobile phone verification for completing the order.
After that my account is still the same as before.

I've had it happen to me (and for the record, I've never traded anything -- only ever done GA's here and for another forum I'm on). They sat on it for a day or two, and then I got an e-mail saying my purchase had been verified and I was good to go. I didn't have to do anything on my end other than wait.

All good here too. Bought Bioshock 2 a couple of days ago and no problem. Could it just be an issue with the credit card and purchases of the same amount or the like?

I usually get that when I change my payment method. Nothing to worry about, really.

Seems like standard anti-fraud prevention. Had this happen before in several other stores.

So, no worries, I think.
