So? Can't be an English speaker in Hong Kong? Are English speakers unable to board planes? Also, I thought this group was an attempt to inject some humour into SteamGifts, not one that would actually reject someone for living in Hong Kong (or anywhere else).

Hong Kong was british until 1997 and some english words are commonly used even in cantonese.
