You don't need Daemon Tools, you can mount ISO images directly in VirtualBox.

Thanks, I was wondering if I had to install a separate partition for Linux to get the tf2 item but this will be a lot easier.

No need for mounting
Simply type wubi into google and download the first one
install, Reboot and it should go straight to ubuntu
go on software center and find steam
download, install tf2
start tf2
reboot again
choose your OS
uninstall ubuntu
