How to get the possibility "Contributor Only"

Perhaps you're trying to enter a giveaway that has a contributor restriction that is higher than your sontributor value?

You can only enter giveaways with CV up to the value that you have contributed - $19.99.

The button says that whenever you are below the amount of CV required, look under the main header and it gives the required CV, you are probably just under.
