well fine, i dont really know if theres a big distinction between referral PROGRAMS (for money) and a referral link where the only reward is being about to pick your callsign, but removed the referal part anyway, so no problem :)

Let me clarify. Referral links are strictly prohibited, and as soon as a mod sees that, he's going to edit your post. Assuming you've done nothing else in the past, it probably won't be any worse than that, but it is a bannable offense. All of you should take a look at the rules and such here, to prevent any problems in the future. Thanks for your cooperation.

A link with a referral code specific to you that gets you free stuff (or a chance at free stuff or whatever) when people click it.
