Are any of you Philosophy or Liberal Arts students? Frankly it's quite rare for me to find anyone mentioning Zeno's paradoxes, and I only know about it because my best friend loves to talk about it.

The Escher staircase was a good move too!
Consolation prize: wbarton won, but at least he can't get out of that box, unless he's fine with breaking the flask with deadly poison.

You should do more of these, maybe with semi random people on the Steam Gifts forums?

Maybe don't check wishlists as such, just have an application thread where you say the next game and people post if you're interested?

awesome idea! did you do it as a private giveaway or is the point of the group that it only has the giver and the two entrants in it?

Had a funny idea rattling around in my head recently, and today I have decided to put it into action. I have chosen a game that I have in my inventory that is on two of my friends' wish lists. I will pit them against each other in a head to head death match giveaway. They will be the only two able to enter, and I will not have need to bother a mod or admin for a re-roll that way. Really not a big event or anything but I thought this may be fun.
Thanks for all the positive responses!

ARE YOU READY FOR A SHOWDOWN WBARTON!?
YE WEASELY LAND LUBBER!
wbarton (4 minutes ago)
Ah ha! Found it! Prepare to be becalmed by my mighty bean bag launcher, Monukai!
Monukai (3 minutes ago)
Oh ho! Wait until I counter you with my Austrian mathematician and astronomy skills, we'll see just how Pythagorean your views on life are when I get done with you
TreadLife (1 second ago)
So much seething rage!
wbarton (1 minute ago)
Ha-ha! You fell into my trap! I subscribe to a world of flux, while your Platonistic leanings leave you mired in Zeno's paradox!
Monukai (42 seconds ago)
Paradox smaradox. I'm a wizard, I laugh at your paradox! Ha ha!
You want a paradox? Waves his staff at wbarton, teleporting him into an escher staircase
There is some paradox!
wbarton (3 minutes ago)
Oh, I love these things! Can you do a devil's tuning fork or a Penrose triangle? Those are neat, too.
Monukai (12 minutes ago)
Walks in the room with a hazmat suit, some radioactive substance in one hand, some poison in the other
Oh, such a fan of paradoxes, eh? Let's try Schrodinger's Wbarton
