Its only a second, Then it will feel nothing after that
I think the best thing the person could do, is to not let other sheep see their friends slaughtered Before their eyes

That is part of how it's supposed to be done. Most of the Muslims I've asked have never been taught how to slaughter properly, though. I suppose that's not surprising considering how little many of us seem to know about the religion we profess to follow. In that respect, we are very much like those who came before us.

Oh, That's bad :/
At least where I live most people know how to do it properly

That's good. You would expect all Muslims would be taught how to do it properly, but I have yet to see someone actually do it the right way (Sunnah). Every slaughtering I've seen in person, they either scare the animal, or cause it pain, or do it in front of others, or break the neck. (That last one is an especially grave error.) I suppose it is not unexpected when you consider how many in the local masaajid are making mistakes in their Salaat (roughly two-thirds), but anyone who wanted to study their Deen could easily do so.. We just don't take the time to do it.

I see, I am not sure actually about the thing of slaughtering it in front of others if its from Sunnah, And most people don't do it, its only a humanitarian thing I think or you could say Adab in Arabic

It is mentioned in the authentic ahaadeeth and considered a Sunnah, but it is not waajib (required). Unless you have a reason not to do so, it is best to follow the example of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

Aha, Thanks for the description and it would be a good thing if you can say which hadith related to this thing

It would be a required thing. You shouldn't take my word for it as it is a matter of Deen. I'll cite the hadeeth after I locate it, insha'llah.

Happy Eid Al-Adha For All Muslims in SG
Adha Eid is celebrated by Muslims every year, when people who are financially capable, buy a sheep and slaughter it, then share its meat this way: The first third for their family, other for their relatives,Friends and neighbors and the last third for poor people
This celebration lasts for 4 days
This celebration is related to to the event when the god asked prophet Abraham to sacrifice his son to prove that he is loyal and faithful, so the prophet accepted but the god forgave him and asked him to slaughter a sheep instead of his son
