I personally don't see what games make puzzles but I love solving puzzle games. Not everyone sees a good game or not to solve puzzles

Bump for solved. After 6 hours, of so much tumbling in the dark. But don't get dissuaded by my time, getting it at the end is really gratifying.

Ran file name through decode tools, used WinRAR to check for embedded archive, opened file with notepad to check for appended text embedded in file, checked imgur description for code...nope.
Have opened graphic in photo tool, zoomed in to stupid levels, applied various high-contrast filters (which should highlight hidden text with a slight change of color)...nothing. And I'm doing this on a 50" monitor, so if there's hidden text, it should be pretty obvious. 😆😁
I guess I give up on this one for now. Whatever it is, it's not obvious using any of the usual tools for extracting info, and I don't have hours to grind. <shrug>
