Waiting for an answer for 1 week, i can't create giveaways. :'(

Hi guys,
so i have been trying to create a new giveaway for a long time, and the system never lets me. I don't understand! The only giveaway i realy did was successful, the other ones were a mistake or deleted by the staff.

I send this to the "support" a week ago and still no answer:

"Hi SteamGifts Team, i've been trying to use the option "Create a Giveaway", but the system tells me this: "The maximum number of giveaways based on your current feedback score has been reached. Once your current giveaways come to a close, and gifts are received, you'll be able to post additional gifts." Looks like I did not give a game key of some giveaways that i started, but i only did one Giveaway and the key was delivered, i have 3 other deleted giveaways. Is it because of the deleted ones? Two of them were a mistake, and the other was deleted by someone of the staff because the game was free (but i delivered the key to the winner anyway).

Please can you explain me what am i doing wrong?

And how long does it take for them to decide? I wanted to make a giveaway for my friends by christmas.

It happens when it happens. There are a handful of Support volunteers, hundreds of thousands of members, and a **** load of tickets from those members. They can't do everything. You do not make threads here, because they change nothing, though the guy spamming threads might get a Spamming suspension.

I'm not spamming, i sent a ticket a week ago, and today i created this thread to ask what was happening. Because i didn't know that the problem were the deleted giveaways, i thought something else could be wrong.

No, i actually bought the game ( i have the receipt). I created the giveaway, but i ended up closing it and giving the game to a friend of mine. But she didn't wanted it, so i said for her to make a giveaway for her friends, and she did! The problem is that she only sent the giveaway link to me. -.-'
So i won the game (that i gave to her), but she had made a mistake, so i didn't claimed the game so that she could do a proper giveaway with it. (Quite a mess isn't it?)

But it isn't. I created the giveaway of Earth 2140, and then closed it, before i "won" (because i didn't won realy) it from my friend.
She can confirm this mess. XD

here is an idea: Grab a hat, take some paper and write their names on slips, put slips in hat. BOOM! you got yourself a giveaway for your friends.

Might i also suggest reading the FAQ?

Only 1 week? My support ticket didn't get answer since 2-3 weeks already. I start to think there is NO SUPPORT AT ALL ! :)
