That aside, the unlucky people who enter are most likely unlucky enough not to win - but someone who already won is gonna get another win initially. Maybe after hours of re-rolling...

but let me ask a question,

who is unlucky? a person with 0 wins in 200 entries or a person with 2 wins in 3600 entries?
