I hate the Batman series sale.

MAN TL2 is so good that I don't care if it gets on sale or not. Just think that you are supporting the devs for their awesome job.

What sucks its that they do not offer the option of buying a dlc bundle. So, Its actually cheaper for me to buy the game again that actually buying each dlc.

TL2 is great, can't wait for the workshop integration.

I pre-ordered TL2 and I got TL for free. Far as I can see, there was a perk if you didn't have the first one.

Hell I paid $60 for Arkham City when it first came out with no DLC.

I bought the Batman Franchise during Summer Sale and then Gotham City Imposters went free... I still have the franchise and it's not worth so much now -_-

I wanted to buy the Batman games today.

Then I found out they come with some shitty SecuROM DRM and have a 5 activation (irrevocable, afaik) limit. And use GfWL.

I can't believe people are like this.

I paid $60 for Borderlands 2 and $50 for Borerlands: GOTY and I don't care.
I enjoyed the games don't really care about how much I spent.

Well, this was the price and version i was waiting for, for over a year. Delayed gratifications :D

If you're on a budget, patience is your friend. I usually wait a year before getting a game and then get the GOTY edition with all the DLC. However, if I lived a luxurious life, I would always day 1 purchase so the developers get more money.

I wonder if Warner Brothers received enough money from M$ to make up for the lost sales from the game not being available in over half the world...

I almost bought the games for my boyfriend at a much higher price too, then came the Amazon bundle with the 2 games for 10 dollars, so I know a bit of how feel ):

Think of it this way. You are rewarding devs for making an amazing game by giving them more money

Many games get such GOtY/Complete versions, all you have to do is wait. Sales are always about waiting for the right time to buy something you want. If you buy early/pre-order, it just shows that having it earlier is enough for you to pay more.

Game of the Year editions are something totally new and you'd never expect any decent game with DLC to receive one eventually.

If you paid $15 it wasn't a new release and chances are you knew about Arkham Asylum GOTY. Who's fault is it that you were impatient and decided to not wait for the GOTY edition?
