The key might be used, so don't make another one. Try contacting the winner and tell him to mark the giveaway as received.

Enter a support ticket and explain he situation. If you can provide proof that you have indeed sent the key to the email address provided to you by the site, support personnel can help you out... Good luck!

Also, I don't think you'll get any value added to your account since you've gave away a bundled key anyway.

When it's the first time the user win, he might not know about the received game thingy, so ask him, and if you send the key on his email I suggest adding him on Steam and give it to him as many people have many emails but only one main, like me, I use my PayPal and Steam account for one email and the rest is on the main email, I'm doing it since if my main get stolen, I won't lose my alternate one and I don't visit that email unless I really need to.

You guys actually know about the "no begging" as some people can consider it as begging and secondly, you don't even know what the game is.

He may not have received it.
I know I won one 3 days ago and still have not received an email or message through steam and I have had not contact from creator.
I also see no way to contact the creator though SG and I have tried messaging though steam to no avail.
So try and contact the winner before re-rolling.

did u add him on steam and try to talk to him?
