Expanding my Whitelist + Steam friends for giveaways [only LV 4+] [max 46] +

I thought about expanding my Whitelist for future giveaways - plus, I created a few giveaways for my friends on Steam only.

I'll whitelist the first 46 user with at least level 4 here on Steamgifts. The last non region locked giveaway you created also shouldn't be older than two months.
Why 46 users? Cause I'll have 100 users then and the less users, the higher the chance for you to win :)

Furthermore the first 46 users who fulfill the above requirements can add me on Steam. I'll send you a link to some giveaways for my Steam friends only which run until 27.06.2020 3PM CET).
