I would wait until the maintenance notice is gone, and open a new ticket with support if your problems persist.

Yes Indiegala is broken as well, you are not the only broken one ;)

For at least a week for me.

The site is very much broken right now, it's been in that state for about a week.

As a summary:

Site is broken for a week or so. I can't log in myself.

Some people can log in but are reporting that they are accessing other users' libraries instead of theirs. At least it seems they can't claim any keys and receive an error when trying to reveal them (not sure about already revealed keys)...

Other people being able to log in are reporting that their libraries are empty, half empty or a total mess.

ATM I couldn't care less if I have to wait more or less for the site to be fixed. I just hope all my library purchases and gifted bundles are there when they're back.

EDIT: Support is being done via their Discord server, although they're not giving any details or explaining what's happening.

They have the best support I have ever seen. Once I wanted to buy Pillars of Eternity on their website at a very good price, but the site did not allow me to do so. I contacted their support and they wrote to me to buy it somewhere else. And, miraculously, I found it even cheaper. Since then, I have used their advice constantly and have no more problems with Indigala.
