Spyfluga is the Swedish name for the Calliphoridae family of flies. And actually, saying that fly=fluga is not quite correct either. The Swedish word is Tvåvingar. In English, they call the entire order Diptera fly (which is what we call tvåvingar), while Swedes call the suborder Brachycera Fluga.

I think the OP was interested in the common name for calliphoridae flies, aka "carrion flies"(yes, I can use wikipedia too). As he not so subtely hinted to in his original post..
