Archeage steam region restriction

I haven't dealt with a lot of the new regions restrictions that steam uses, however i think that any game that is ROW works anywhere.

Yes, if someone gifts it to you, it should work.
I helped out several friends of mine using that method.

You can still bypass it with direct install commands.
steam::/install/app/number or something. I forget. Putting that in the browser link area, then saying yeah.
That's how EU users can install games like Mabinogi or Vindictus which are (or were when I did it) US-only-normally.

you mean the store page of that game was locked in your region/country? Yes of course you still can play that game.
