They aren't giveaways in the steamgifts sense, where you have a chance of winning. If there are keys left, you click GET KEY and you get it.

Also, as a US user you get $150 to spend on dell.com. On the rewards page, each tier after Noob grants an increased amount. Once redeemed, the credit expires after 3 months. If you wait until you've reached Elite (level 25), you can redeem them all at once. It takes less than a minute a day to do the daily/weekly quests. If it takes a year at a minute a day, that's $25/hour.

So either they run out of the key or it's only for NA
