Public groups are open to everyone, so won't boost your chances greatly, but still help a bit. I recommend joining the official SteamGifts group, Jester Streams and Skullripper Giveaways.

Private groups would be what would really enhance your odds, but requirements to join such groups are going to prevent you from having a chance with any at this point.

why would we? too lazy to use search? With that post here you can forget the private ones anyway :P
