I think this guy is trying to hack my account

I was playing G-Mod a few minutes ago, and a steam friend contacted me while I was playing and said:

Person:brother)) please write a comment on launges I for give you 4-5 rar

(The link he posted to me) PLEASE DO NOT COPY THAT LINK. Only for this discussion purpose. I will remove if asked.

I was suspicious because of the weird grammar and the link. So before I clicked the link, I alt tabbed out of the game and pasted the link on Google. I get these results. The first result just made me said "oh wow".

But what should I do?
