Mushy's Official Unofficial Early Celebration Puzzle Train Extravaganza! (Solution Posted!)

So there are five main reasons as to why I'm doing this!

1. I have made my 100th giveaway! (It's not over yet, but it was made, and i have made more than that now thanks to this train!)
2. It's my Cakeday in a few weeks! (Oct. 26)
3. It's my birthday in a month! (Nov. 5)
4. I just got paid for freelance! ($30 wooh! Made this whole thing possible, though I spent more than that. xD)
5. Because reasons! (GG 2 thumbs up, amazing answer!)

Now if you come across any problems, just tell me and I'll fix them asap. Everything is Level 2+. So here is the train and I hope you enjoy! Also, you have 3 days! Also also, you may help each other solve this thing (But only on Levels 1 and 2)!

Update: Sorry, I deleted the Letter Quest giveaway, made it for the wrong version, but it was 0P so nothing was wasted. I shifted everything over so the puzzle still works. Thank you for understanding, I'll make a giveaway under the proper title in my solution!
