Giveway with wrong description

Just won a Giveway. But the game is not the one described and the key is for the one i already own.
I would create a giveaway with that but how can i know if the key is valid or already used ? (since who created the giveaway for sure did an error).
I just want to avoid to have a bad mark in case of already used key

don't regift won games.

create a support ticket with the info you have.

Please check the guidelines. You have to activate the games won on your account, not regift/trade them. If the game is not the one you entered for, inform the giveaway creator and, if they don't provide you with the correct item within 7 days from the giveaway end, mark as not received. The giveaway creator could also ask support to delete the giveaway, if you agree.

Sometimes when a person creates multiple giveaways at once, keys can get messed up.

Try to contact to giveaway creator first. If not resolved then above suggestion...
