Clearly there's something wrong..

I had 300 points to spend on Steamgifts, and I keep clicking the gifts I want to purchase with my points to no avail. What gives? Site broken? Tt takes my points but doesn't place gift in my inventory! I want my gifts or my points back, wtf? I see others in every giveaway say thanks so must'a gave them their games.

EDIT:

Mpoints missing so payment went through, but still no gifts in inventory, sheeeeesh!

To be honest, the generic thanks on entry of giveaways does seem pointless. They are not being said because they mean it most of the time, they are being said out of a feeling of obligation or worse, an auto thanker....

I mostly thanks to non thanked giveaways and puzzle giveaways. My thanks can looks like as generic and pointless to you but there arent. Everyone have their own reasons, they arent bots.
