Right now, that phone is your only way to log into Steam.
You might need to contact Steam support to revoke it:

I have already evoked my old phone number. Mainly want MA for market reasons. Also, just clarifying, I currently have no MA enabled.

If you can do so, Mobile Steam Guard is useless. Hacker can steal your account easily.

Highly not recommended - fastest way to a VAC ban.
The optimal solution is to have a trusted family member receive and forward the activation code to you, from their device.

They recycle their phone numbers there, and any which already have a VAC ban associated to them from other Steam users, will also apply to your account as well...and there's no way to remove it.

like i just said, you can't use a voip number for game, and you need to have both the phone number linked at the same time to get a vac ban but that is impossible cause you can't use a voip phone number for vac game so their is no way you can get vac ban for sharing a phone number that can't be used

The ban applies to any phone number associated with the Steam account, period.

WinAuth + >SAFE< phone number to receive SMS to. Any use of public number or any thing that could be accessed by at least 1 untrusted person is very fast way to get VAC ban. If you're out of luck because you don't have a new phone number yet, better wait. If you're in hurry and for some reason you must sign MA right now, only to deactivate it later in order to correct it, then use phone number of your parents, family, in worst case a friend you trust.

Is it even possible without a phone? I'm assuming yes since there is the word "Mobile" in it. Any way to trick steam into thinking I have a phone? Winauth requires code which is received from phone.
