What to do after winning a restricted giveaway not marked as such?

As in the title, I won a giveaway but the game can only be activated in South America and the GA wasn't marked as restricted. What's the usual course of action in a case like this?

Mark as not received if GA creator don't provides a region free copy, like in old times.

Yep, if OP comments in the GA saying he agrees with deletion would be great, but if he ask the giveaway creator to delete, and the creator take a screenshot and attach it on ticket, it's the same.
