I'm sorry, but where in the FAQ does it say this? I only see
"The submitter and winner(s) of the giveaway have seven (7) days to complete the gifting process. This includes the activation of the gift on the Steam account of the winner."
Which implies to me that you can wait until the 7th day before you add it into your library.
It might be sketchy to keep it in your inventory for 7 days, but it is not against the rules.

I will but being new to te group I kinda just want to show good faith. it will go into my inventory right after the winner of my giveaway gets their win. I mean think about it. I'm in for less then 10 minutes a pull down a win. how many can I bank in 7 days and possibly not follow the rules. food for thought.

Yeah I am also not gonna go and start a group that makes me look like a hypocrite with rules that usually spell failure(Some not even stated, like amount of users allowed and how many groups you can be apart of like in ozo2003's case). Btw I spot a ton of bundle game giveaways on the group page...so Meh.

Number of users allowed is specified on the front page of the group. I can just assume that you have no idea how to read. And if you would look further through the comment history, you would see that the only bundle keys appear on page 2 and were made by a single person. Everything else in the 15 pages of comments are non-bundle keys.
Edit: I see some exploited shadowgrounds keys as well, but the guy who submitted them was kicked out. Anyways, the point is that the ratio of giveaways in this group is something like 95% legitimate games, 5% bundle keys, probably much better than most groups around.

Let's see, a bunch on the 2nd page that we agree on. Are you including nuclear dawn? I see that on the 5th page. Reign and RignRoll on page 6, but the guy also offered a non-bundle game. Reign and Steel Storm on 9th page. The point is, there are pretty sparse and bundle keys arent against the rules anyways. The full rules (now linked in OP) state the bundle keys are allowed, just don't count towards the monthly giveaway.

If you're advertising a group, it's considered smart to actually tell people what your criteria are. Since there is nothing saying anything about group count that I can see, I'm forced to assume that the truth is that you don't like ozo2003 and don't want him in your group, but you're too much of a pussy to actually say that to him.
