the ravaged beta keys give full access to the game as soon as it releases. That's why it is possible to create Ravaged giveaways on SG.

Not all of them. There are special keys that give you access to the full game after it will be released.

Pre-order yes, but people give away mostly BETAs from their site. 99,9% keys are for BETA only, very few ppl bought pre-order.

I don't know why you think, that you can only get full game keys on their site and not BETAs.
