GTA game double ups

so i just activate GTA complete pack in my library and this is what happened

errrm which one do i install there are double ups what are the differences between a pair and how do i find out.

any help much appreciated

One entry is for Mac only, the other is for Windows.

ok thanks yeah it says this is currently not avilable on your current plat form and the other says click to install , thanks heaps
