Yes, it's true. The season pass includes all the story driven DLC, and then some, which was what I was looking for (should have been more accurate).
This is the only peace of DLC it does not include (i think) and it doesn't add anything to the story (adds in-game currency, lock picks and some unique gear items, according to its description).

Played just the first part, can't wait to play the second part. Bioshock Infinite is such a great game (and I don't like many newer games like Borderlands 2, Killing Floor, Left4Dead... I'm probably too old :-D )

Where you buy a Steam key is irrelevant, it's what it says the game runs on once you activate it on Steam that matters. Steam is the platform. WinGameStore and any other store is just a vendor.

How long does it take to complete the purchase? I bought it via paypal, got an email from paypal that the payment is sent, but the WinGameSotre my games tab says Processing Purchase, Check Back Later, for an hour now. Any ideas?

Got Bioshock Infinite some time ago and since then was expecting for some deal to come along for the DLCs.
Just bought the season pass that includes them all. Was hoping that this deal would present ifself during this steam sale. But no. It was on WinGameStore for $4.99
Thought of sharing this bit of info, in case there's someone else with Bioshock in it's backlog, waiting for the DLCs to drop by. ;)
