I got scammed -.-

Hey,
i made 4 weeks ago a Giveaway for The Bureau and i sent the winner the humble bundle link...

I was wondering why i dont get more value. Now after i created a new giveaway i see, that he say he dont get the gift. What can i do -.-

Write to him, remind him of checking "received" on the site.

Yeah, but normally it says awaiting reply and not not received.

So that means he hasn´t forgott it he trolls me -.-

1)Try contacting the winner and see if it was a mistake.

2) Access your humble account and see what steam account activated the game, take a screenshot.

3) Contact support with all evidence and proof you have and state your case.

I wouldnt say you got 'scammed'. Thats not what it means.

Maybe they didn't receive the mail or the link wasn't valid.

Try sending the mail again and adding the winner on Steam to link it directly to them. If they don't respond you can ask for a new winner if the link is still valid.

Closing this since you are accusing someone of scam while this is probably a misunderstanding/miscommunication. Please don't repeat it or contact support instead.
