Winner of giveaway not responding

I know this may be stupid question but the winner of my POSTAL giveaway is not responding. Yesterday I tried to add him and wrote comment on his profile saying that he won. I saw him being online for a while and about hour later he is playing GTAV and still not responding. What should I do?

You need to wait 7 days for the winner to accept and mark the giveaway.
After that you can ask for a re-roll.
